University of Chicago Harris Public Policy Evening Program: Master of Arts in Public Policy (MA-PP)

The Harris Master of Arts in Public Policy (MA-PP) has been designed to meet the needs of working professionals and emerging leaders interested in public policy.  The MA-PP will be an evening program consisting of nine-courses over five-quarters with some weekend course programming. Students will take two courses per quarter starting in the winter quarter of 2018.

The curriculum for the part-time MA-PP is based on the current full-time MA-PP degree curriculum. Students will receive training in leadership and management, statistics, microeconomics, analytical politics, and various substantive policy areas. This program offers classes in a convenient format and location - at the 1871 offices in the Merchandise Mart.

Students can expect to receive updates on application deadlines in the coming weeks, and we will be hosting information sessions at 1871. The application process can be completed fully online, and students will not be required to submit a GRE or GMAT test score. We expect to open the application for the winter 2018 launch in mid-summer.
