This convening requires all participants to be vaccinated for COVID-19. All in-person visitors and guests arriving for an event should be prepared to present an official piece of documentation upon arrival such as proof of vaccination with a photo ID.

Public convening may not be safe for all and carries a risk for contracting COVID-19, particularly for those unvaccinated. Participants will not know the vaccination status of others and should follow appropriate risk mitigation measures. This is a mask-optional convening, but instructional and academic settings may require participants to wear a mask.
