Together with Peking University and UChicago Harris, we are delighted to present the 2024 PKU-UChicago Summer School Faculty Spotlight Series. The series is open to all interested participants. You will hear from top PKU and UChicago faculty members and experience the credential program learning approach.

In this session, join Shaoda Wang, PKU–UChicago Environmental Economics and Policy Lab (EEPL) faculty member, for a mini-class experience. Shaoda Wang is an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). He also serves as the Deputy Faculty Director at the Energy Policy Institute at UChicago, China center (EPIC-China). He is an applied economist with research interests in development economics, environmental economics, and political economy.
